Return and Exchange Policy
Unsatisfied with your order?
Take a photo of the item, state the Order ID and send to us via WhatsApp +65 8746 3688 or drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days upon receipt of your order.
You will need to commence the following steps:
- Return in brand new condition, properly wrapped up.
- Mail back to us via registered mail or a courier service which allows tracking, as we will not be liable for lost mails. The return postage fees will be at your own cost.
- Your parcel has to reach us within 50 days from the date of invoice.
We will process your exchange or refund within 7 business days upon the receipt of the returned item(s). In the unlikely event that any of the conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject your exchange or return.
Received an incorrect or defective item?
Take a clear photo of the incorrect or defective item, state the Order ID and send it to us via WhatsApp +65 8746 3688 or drop us an email at email@example.com within 7 business days upon receipt of your order so we can sort it out for you.
